Help me, How can fix it?

I've got the same problem and after re-installing, deleting preferences, ran Disk Warrior and Pro Maintenance Tools the issue persisted. Apple support told some people to trash All system preferences not only FCPX ones. And that solved the issue. This seems to be happening after some of the maverick's updates.

BUT somebody else found this solution , much simpler and quicker.

It worked great for me.
