How to uninstall FX Factory?

So I have a trial of a lot of stuff and I've dragged all of it I can find to the trash including the application but the stuff keeps appearing in Final Cut Pro X. I don't want it to appear there any more. I want it off my system forever. Why won't this nasty software let me get rid of it? I've deleted the folders that are in Libraries/Motion templates etc etc and they keep reappearing when I launch FCPX. There's no uninstaller in the application or anywhere that I can find.

I want this FX Factory nonsense gone gone gone GONE!

What kind of evil software won't let you get rid of it? FX Factory is like a virus.

Wow, if I actually empty the trash and delete the FX Factory app, FCPX won't even open all of the way. There's not way to get rid of it Truly evil app!

Warning:
DO NOT EVER INSTALL FX FACTORY!!

Did you try Uninstall FXFactory from the FXFactory Action menu? If not, I would re-install it and use its uninstaller to get rid of it. There is also an option to disable all the trial products.

I did not, thanks.

That seems a rather unintuitive place to keep such a thing. I had to reinstall it simply to get FCPX to open. FX Factory really takes over everything.

I will opt for better written plug-ins in the future that aren't so invasive to my system.

EDIT: Eyebit thanks for that set of videos. I wonder why they aren't on the fxfactory.com web page under support? I didn't even know industrial revolution was a thing. I would have never looked on their site.

I've never had any issues with FX Factory and actually like its management of 3rd party plugins. Just curious what is doing to make you want to remove it? And are you updating it regularly when updates come out?

No I don't own it at all. I wanted to try some of the plug-ins. I found most gimmicky and there were a few that were nice but overall I didn't feel it was worth $400+. But they were taking up lots of room in the effects pane in FCPX and I would have to scroll down past plug-ins that I don't want/don't own to get to the one I want to use.

I got FxFactory Pro for free when I worked at the Apple Store and it's one of the better plugin setups out there. The FxFactory Pro plugins are really great, but it's all the other plugins that have become available that make it a nice tool. I've recently just checked all the boxes so that all the plugins show up in FCPX, this way I can have access to thousands of dollars of plugins to try out, if I like them I'll buy them, if not then it doesn't matter.

I think this and the Red Giant universe are the way to go for paid plugins, it's just much easier to manage and it's all account based, so it will be easy to deal with when I setup a new computer.

If you don't want to see the plugins, just uncheck all the boxes in the plugin manager, then when you need to try something it's there and ready to go for free.

When FxFactory is installed, by default all sorts of trial plugins appear in FCP X, cluttering the interface.
But it is easy to disable them in the FxFactory application. Only the ones that are enable will appear in FCP X.

I agree that all that stuff is annoying, but it is not an all or nothing proposition. Some of the plugins are worth keeping, or buying.

I didn't find any of those plugins worth the disrespect to my system.

Can I just "un-install" certain "trial product" which has been tried in order to save my HD's space?

Can you un-install certain plug ins or only disable?
