Setting up a new home edit studio (or moving the old one into a larger space) and looking for advice on a desk lamp to put behind the monitors. For years, I've used a muted halogen to create a soft light on the walls behind the grading monitor. Now, I've got two systems and want to purchase new lights for this purpose. Any recs appreciated, especially regarding the colour temperature of the bulb.

I've read the 6500K is good. 4000K is good. Thoughts? Advice?

Thanks.
