How to delete a magnetic timeline you created above the main magnetic timeline

Well I'm sure a few laughed at the topic because I really don't know how to word this. This has happened a few times and now is causing problems. So we have the main magnetic timeline which I am beginning to see the benefits now. However, when I put a transition on a video track above the magnetic timeline, it makes those files within that area magnetic. Why? But my main equation is how do you get rid of the small gray/black bar that sits on top of the second video track, causing the magnetic to turn on?

Its called a secondary timeline or story line and can be quite handy, but sometimes it is not what you need or want. It is easy to fix. Just select the clips inside (be careful not to select the secondary timeline its self by lassoing. You have to click on the individual clips) and drag them out. The secondary timeline will disappear.

Remember, when you break it apart, transitions disappear. They can only exist in a Storyline. BTW, a "Timeline" is anything that can exist in an Event.
