I am in a bad way here…trying to export a FCP 7 audio/video file…timeline settings HDTV 1080i (16:9)…Apple Pro Res 422 with TRT of 1:35:00
I need to burn to DVD. Keep getting Quicktime error 0, -50 after 7-10 hours of exporting.
The ac3 audio file is no problem..but the output video in H.264 for DVD Studio Pro, Avg. Bit Rate 7.34, multi-pass, Better (Linear filter), progressive fails.

Why are you exporting H.264? Try ProRes.
