hyperdeck shuttle 2 and fcpx import help

I shot some footage with a Canon c100 and the hyper deck shuttle 2. After import into fcpx the footage stutters and does a few other weird things. What is the correct way to import pro res from hyper deck shuttle 2 into fcpx? I researched online and found something about a 3:2 pulldown. is that what this is? Im a noob at this can anyone help?

1. Select an imported ProRes clip in your browser and go to the Inspector > Info tab. Post a screenshot of the information in the Info window.

2. Give some information about your system: what mac, OS version, FCPX version, amount of RAM

3. Where have you imported the clips? In an Event on your internal hard drive or an Event on an external drive? If you have imported them onto an external drive: what kind of drive?

pretty old thread, post here if you don't mind. About your problem, you can try to transcode them into prores before loading into fcp, for the transcode job will be done by fcp at the backage.
