I'm trying to find a solution or a good workflow about a collaborative editing between two directors (one of them is the main editor).

So I have a library with media (mostly interviews) with multicam and everything done. For time saving, each director want to reviewing half of interview (keywording, etc...). The first one has the original library. And the second one have an exact copy of it.

And my question : How the second director gives to the first one, what he has done (keyword, favorite selection, etc...)

Imagine they have 10 interviews, so about 10 multicam clips. So far, I told them to do this :

_ Director 1 rates and applies keywords to multicam clips (the first five of them) in the library.

_ Director 2 creates a new event in his library copy. He moves the multicam clips he needs (the five other). Then, he rates and applies keywords to them. Export an XML from this event.

_ Director 1 imports the xml in his library. The events with multicam connects to his media with no problem. Then he can merge his events with keyword with the event of director 2. It works but then he got two times the five other multicam clips.

But maybe it is not the good way to do it ? Have a better idea ?
