Help with Pixel Film Studios Protext vol 2

Hi,
I purchased some software from these guys, Pixel Film Studios and spent quite a bit actually. I've already contacted the support but have yet to hear from them.

I'm trying to use,
Protext vol 2
The effect is called, Surrounded text environment

Basically, I have changed the text, manipulated a few angles, but then no movement in the text.

What am I missing?

Their customer support is definitely lacking.
I know it sounds simple, but did you turn on keyframes before making your text adjustments. Everyone forgets this sometimes. I can't tell from your screenshot.
