Slow start up of FCPX 10.1.1

Like to share an experience.. With each launch of the FCPX 10.1.1, the program window pops up almost immediately but then I get a "welcome" from the spinning beach-ball for about 30 seconds before the program opens.. My hooked up devices are the iMac fusion drive, a 3T Lacie backup drive, a remote disc (external dvd) and Networks.. (The latter is my hardwired U-Verse gateway/router)

Each time I disconnect the internet (pulling the RJ45 plug from the iMac) and start the FCPX10.1.1 it opens and loads in a flash. I seems that the FCPX is searching for libraries in the known devices and for one or another reason it seems to have a hard time with that U-Verse gateway/router.. Well for those with start up issues just try this one out..
I'm going to build a small box with (2) RJ45 jacks and a toggle switch..In the meantime, I have a RJ45 in line connector installed hence avoiding repetitive RJ45 disconnects from the iMac..
I have given feedback to FCPX on this matter..
