PHYX Keyer 4

Hi there,

Anyone used the PHYX Keyer 4 plugin? Is it $199 better than the keyed that comes with FCP X?

I used to be a huge Phyx fan back in the days of FCP 7. I even produced some training videos for Phyx about their keyer suit. But when X hit, I gave up on them. The keyer in side FCPX is one of the best I've ever used. Forget Phyx. The only advantage they have is if you must use clean plates. But for simply pulling keys, FCPX's keyer is amazing. I'd also recommend you take the time to read through the user manual and learn to use the advanced features. They can be life savers with badly shot clips.
