Have a test clip in ProRes 422 with LCPM audio (used Clipwrap to generate this clip from my SD card) Imported the media (clip) in FCPX 10.1.1 without a problem.. Did a few cuts and transitions, the clip plays smooth with ambient background sound the way I heard it in the original media clip ..
Did a share to Master File (.mov) and the clip plays back with a tremendous crackling static noise...Need some help...

I resolved the issue...
My HXR-NX30U frame rate was set at 30fps and I used the same setting in the "Clipwrap" ...HOWEVER, the real frame rate is 29.97 fps and by changing the frame rate in the "Clipwrap" to 29.97 fps all sound issues were resolved.. This also explains why the Inspector showed 48048Hz in the bad clip instead of 48kHz in the normal clip. I also noticed that the sound is more amplified via the Clipwrap process as compared to the direct H264 import into FCPX. (I am 71 years old and I am still learning..
