Music video Scene help

I am shooting with a Canon c100 and I am looking to do a scene similar to the first scene seen in the Eminem Feat Rihanna music video "The Monster" See attached video it is the opening scene 0:00 to 1:00
My question is what kind of lighting was used for this if any? Where are the lihts positioned?

To get this look:


LIGHTS
Color Temp Blue 1K keylight (shot through window)
Color Temp Blue 'Practical' lights
Color Temp Orange 'Practical' lights
Add fog, smoke, mist, etc for diffusion.

Shoot flat
Expose to the left

LENS
Macro for props.
Fast for close-up.
f2.8 for wides.

COLOR GRADING(adjust to taste):
COLOR
Shadows: Blue/Green
Mids: Blue/Magenta
Highs: Blue

EXPOSURE (adjust to taste):
Crush the shadows


Use Color/Shape Masks to keep the skintone warm.


There's an iOS/Android/PC/Mac app called Shot Designer ( www.hollywoodcamerawork.us/sd_videos.html
) that you can play around with to help understand each shot's character, camera, prop, set, and lighting placement. I counted 24 different shot sequences in the first minute.
