Stockeon Problem

This may seem like a rather minor thing, but it really has me aggravated. Have purchased a few transitions from this Stockeon and have had problems with a couple. One is a color burst that looks nice, and you would think they would give you the option of changing the color, but after I paid for it, there is no provision. Have emailed them many times and they never respond. It appears they are in Poland. Have tried to open it in Motion, but that doesn't work. Anyone know how to add color selection to it? Thanks.

Did it install in the Motion Templates folder? If so, it may only be a Motion template you can alter. But, if it ran an installer beyond that, it may be an FxPlug based plugin, that is beyond being a simple Motion template. In which case you won't be able to alter it. Really need to contact them.
