Until now, my solution is use smoke on mac or adobe media encoder to covert to prores422.
We are developing smoke2014 ( on linux) subtitle now, but not finish.
But we have finished subtile for fcpx.
We did not build up a SAN system,
and our 10Gbit network is just for Smoke/Flame
but to FCPX is a Gbit network, too slow for that.
So we use USB3.0 to copy and covert.
Any good idea?

You can use something like Glue Tools for this:
www.gluetools.com/products_dpx.html
It will support more formats than the Aja program. I don't think it has FCPX support exactly, but you should be able to use quicktime to convert it. I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, though, since you seem to already be able to do the conversion.
