Workflow Nikon D7100 - D800

Hi!
Today i'm passed from Pana GH2 to Nikon D800 and D7100 for my videos!

More colors, more controls, more stabilization, more images!
But in one thing the GH2 is best for me... it' more sharp!

Today i tried to record some videos with the D7100 with sharpening +7 (picture profile) in standard profile and after the import in FCPX 10.1.1 i give little more contrast and saturation...

For people videos is good but for industrial videos is a problem!

Any idea to improve the sharpen or plugin?

I'd try and see if I can do all our any of the sharpening in post. I am using a d5300 and leaving it on default settings and it likes fab. Have you tried flaat profiles?

i just tried the flaat 11 profile, is not very sharpen and too much desaturated for me... with the standard profile you have more contrast and so you don't have a lot work in post, just a little saturation!

i used this lenses: nikon 50 1.4, 24-120 f4 and 16-35 f4 so i don't think that can be a lens problem!

The sharpen tool in FCPX is much aggressive for me...
