Well this will fix a few things:
Final Cut Pro X v10.1.1:
Preserves media files if an ext. drive or network is disconnected while consolidating a library
Resolves an issue with loading audio content in the Music and Sound Browser
Fixes a stability issue when applying a Motion effect with Scroll Text behavior
Faster switching between proxy media and original or optimized media
Improves Timeline responsiveness with very large projects
Before installing an update to Final Cut Pro X from the Mac App Store, be sure to have a backup of your important files, including Projects, Events, and the version of Final Cut Pro X that you're updating.

Oh, 10.1.1 PRE RELEASE THREAD, we never knew ye!
This does make me slightly more optimistic we'll see a feature-oriented 10.1.2 around NAB, though.

Agreed. I think NAB will bring something clever from Apple.

POSSIBLY. I only say this cause the timing seems right based on their past schedule. Apple has shown over the last few years that they won't orient their internal releases to meet a Trade-show like NAB.
10.0.4 came out just before NAB2012, bringing a few small feature tweaks. And 10.0.8 came out just before NAB2013- but that was just bug fixes. So it's not an Apple practice to make any big noise around NAB (since the FCPX intro in 2011).
As far a 10.1.2 itself is concerned. To a large extent, I think many of us can just copy/paste our wish-lists from the 10.1 PRE-RELEASE THREAD. Apple spent a lot of their development time on the foundational changes to the new Library structure. So many thing probably got punted down the line.
