Easy way to swap low res stock footage for high res?

Just sitting down to swap 27 preview clips from Pond 5 with some speed/ color/ stabilized attributes, and was wondering if there was a simple way to do this? Any suggestions?

Never mind I figured it out.. just a simple relink under the file menu~

I would just like to add that this "relink file" is still VERY buggy. works about 50% of the time with various errors. like missing file RIGHT after completing the relink process. or just a black hole showing the clip underneath. when I "shift F" to show the "original in browser", it gives me a strange error box. it's just buggy. too bad it just doesn't work like it should. frustrating
