How you can made the "BLACK BACKGROUND" behind name DIMITRI VEGAS, MOGUAI & LIKE MIKE READS?

A simple way to do it would be to add a generator (colour solid set to black) as a connected clip, crop it and reduce its opacity to get the amount of transparency that you want then pop a title generator on top.

You could also create a custom title with the background black box in place using Motion but that requires knowledge of, and access to, that app. Well worth learning if you have the time. Tutorials available from Ripple Training. Mark Spencer is the author of the official Apple course material and he presents their Motion training - of which there is a lot!

I don't know the exact names, but believe a few of the existing stock title templates in FCP X have a color band behind the text, also.
