Imported Project XML and titles

I'm working on a job with subtitles, and for the sake of speed I've farmed out the subtitling to a couple other editors. One editor is on 10.0.9 and he's just sending me the currentversion.project file. No problem.

the other is on 10.1 and sent me a project XML file. I open it up and all the titles come thru fine, but when I try to copy and paste the title storyline into my master sequence, all but the first title simply come up as "title" with the default font.

Any ideas?

* edited to add that when I tried to export a flattened ProRes444 of the title layer and then reimport that, I go the same thing. First title was OK, then just "Title", "Title", "Title".

Weird. But in the project timeline on each title I can see the text name is still there "Basic Title: le clown bla bla bla..." but that text just don't show up in the inspector or on the timeline.

I've filed that as bug already to Apple.
They replied and I hope the fix will be in the next update.

The "Basic Title" is buggy try to use another one.

For subtitles you can download my TitleExchange. You don't have to use it but launch it once. It will install some free subtitle generators which are proven to be bug free - even with 10.1.
