Help! Matrox MX02 Mini Crashing after 10.1 Install!

First timer here. I'd appreciate your help if any of you have experienced this.

Upgraded to 10.1 and can no longer revert to the prior version. (Didn't consider the consequences when I upgrades.)

Anyway, with my MX02 attached to the system, FCPX crashes while loading.

I've deleted the matrox drivers and reinstalled with no avail. Right now I'm operating without a confidence monitor and that's pretty scary.

Any suggestions?

A bummer yes, but Matrox is not yet supporting 10.1. It no workie. Lots of upsetness on the Matrox FCPX forums.

Just uninstall it for now.

If you really need something in a hurry, just get a blackmagic thingie for $150 (or an AJA for a little more) They always come out with drivers the same day (or close to it) as a FCPX version release.

My backup for now is to mirror my second monitor to a HDMI monitor with a minidisplayport to HDMI adapter.

Have you been having trouble rendering an entire timeline. When I render all, it's only doing each block that requires rendering, then stops.

I wish I could help but I never render. (okay maybe once)

However, I would delete all your render files (in file menu) and see if that helps.
