Identifying this effects? What plug in Or How to do it?

I'm recently working in recording a music video! but the following effects I've seen in one video and would like to know what do I need to make them, or how to make them? I have Final Cut Pro X and Motion.

thanks!

The shining in the Jewelry?
The light going across glasses following motion?
and darken but shinny lights in the pic?

There are "glow" effect and "light ray" types of effects you can find from some third parties. Or get some lens flare effects and keyframe or track them to match the video movement.

thanks! I'll try that
