Hi Guys,

I'm new here and it's my first post. I have learned a lot by following your discussions and i really really hope someone can help me.

my problem is, for some reason i have no playback options, i understand it should give me a choice of using proxy media, optimised or original media right? but what i get is below.

If you upgraded to 10.1, it's now in the upper-right of your viewer. The little switch icon.
