Date and Time Generator - How to Stop Automatic Current Time Setting
02 Jan 2014 20:33 #37884
by RobertL
I recently upgraded Final Cut Pro X and Motion 5 to the latest versions, and have since been experiencing problems not previously encountered while working with Date & Time Generator.
The computer is now forcing a tendency to impose the current date and time into the Date/Time generator that I have created. It is doing so at various stages of my working with timeline, and also when I try and create a compound clip using the Option-G function - combining video clips with corresponding date and time generators created for each clip.
When I hit the Option-G to create the compound clip, the settings that I created in the individualized date and time generators are switched to start the clip at the current date and time.
How do I stop this? This was not happening prior to the upgrades in FCPX and Motion.
Thanks
