Since I installed version 10.1 I only can access the music library in iTunes and have lost the library's 'Final Cut Pro Sound Effects' and 'iLife Sound Effects'. Does anyone know how to get them back?

Close the programs and start them up again: your music libraries are back!

Don't be surprised if they don't show up again in future sessions working with FCPX. This is a bug. The remedies suggested by others will usually work to get them back, but you may have to do it every time they don't show up again. Submit a feedback report to Apple from within the FCPX app.
