Audio Meters --- 0db and greater than 0db was created by dinmakers
Hi,
The audio (pop, rock music) I am using is maximised and does not rise above 0db. No red lights on the audio meters in any of the audio software I use. However when in FCPX I get a red meter blocks.
I am not adding any audio fx.
When do the audio meter blocks turn red?
It appears to me that this is happening at 0db. Not very helpful.
Would it not be better if at 0db the block turned orange and then red if greater than 0db.
It would also help if there was locked indication of the last highest audio level in text form showing the actual db.

Hi Andy,
When you hover your mouse pointer over the left edge of the meter pane you can drag the window a little wider and then the dB values appear at the top of the meters.
