Fix flicker from LED light in scene

Shot an interview with tungsten, everything seemed good. At the last minute I decided to add a dialed down LED as a catch light for the eyes. Horrible flicker. Just to the face, nowhere else in the scene. I did reshoot the scene, but there were some good sound bites I'd like to save. Any ideas???

Neat Video's temporal noise reduction can sometimes help with this sort of situation, if you play around with the settings a little. Touch-and-go as to whether it works, but it's worth a try.
