Hello All,
xcited about 10.1 as I'm sure we all are.
I'm having an issue though....
Following Phill Hodgets excellent article on the front of the site, I managed to convert my first Event/Project combination to a library no problem.
With the second Event/Project (let's call it "event 2" I have enabled it in Event Manager (and since double checked in the finder) but when Final Cut Pro Launches, I get no dialogue telling me to update and Event 2 is nowhere to be seen Libraries.
I then tried "Update Projects and Events" in the file Menu and the Event (not the Project however) is greyed out.
Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas?
Cheers,

Is that Event inside of a folder called "Final Cut Events"? If so move it out of there.
Also, when you do the update, don't chose "Locate", chose "Update All".

Yes, that would work.
I did resolve this by just choosing the "Final Cut Events" folder whereupon it would update anything within it (greyed out or not.) I was about to get into a little panic there
