Yeah, so why won't 10.1 recognize my Camera Archives, and what happened to the awesome FCP and iLife audio libraries?

I just posted about this not a few minutes ago, got a couple of - karma points for my trouble :(
I feedback to Apple about it, for me a couple of reboots sorted it out.

OK, Camera Archives no longer are required to live in a specific Movies folder, etc, etc. So you import them by navigating to them manually in the Import window. Select one and it will show it's contents. Wow, that makes them not as easy to access. But at least you can put them anywhere you want.

I'm also told that a reboot or two may be required after installing FCP X 10.1 for audio libraries to show back up. Really?

I have done several reboots since installing and still no audio libraries other than iTunes. Surely this is a bug.

May have just figured this out. Once I opened iTunes to get that library, I restarted FCPX and now all the other audio libraries are showing.
