How to get multiple clips to end at the same time

How to get multiple clips to end at the same time was created by moonunit
I am doing a project that has multiple video layers. There is the main video, a background, a logo, some basketballs that pop in, some text boxes, etc. All of these elements come into the video at different points and stay there but I need them to ALL exit at the same time. Right now, I have to line up every element to the same exit point one by one and it's very tedious. It seems like there has got to be a way to get all these elements to leave the video at the same time without me having to click and drag each one. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you so much for any help!

Don't drag. Select the edit point, position the playhead to the point you want, maybe to a marker, and press Shift-X.

Also, if the clip as a whole is selected, Option + [ or ] will trim In and Out points to the playhead.
Unfortunately, we can't trip multiple clips at once. Time to fill out the feedback page again.

Thank you so much! While it would be great to be able to get all the elements to move at the same time, shift-x certainly helps cut down on time. Thank you!!!!
