Give iZotope RX3 a try. There's a trial version (not sure if there's any limitations) but the full version is $349 and over $1000 for RX3 advanced.

I second for isotope RX.
I use the RX3 advanced.
Here is a short video tutorial on feedback removal:

I did a quick cleanup on your dropbox file:

Succes with it.

I picked up RX3 Advanced at a big discount, and I'm so glad I did.

Unfortunately all the good stuff is only in the expensive version- dialogue denoiser, de-reverb (which actually works)...

Super expensive, but will save your ass with bad sound.

The only issue I've found (and this is totally not the fault of RX3), is that whoever's recording sound on my shows is just recording too bloody low. So the waveform is nowhere near as beefy as it should be, and thus the signal to noise is testing even RX3s ability.

Telling the exact settings is a bit difficult.
As it is not a single click repair.
Have you looked at the link I posted?
You need to load the file in iZotope, and look for constant vertical lines in the spectral diagram.
For this you move the slider from the bleu waveform to the orange spectral diagram.
You select the feedback with a rectangle (you can preview the selection with the play button with the square around) and after that you click on spectral repair and choose vertical direction and surrounding around 90 to 100%).
After that you progress the file and the vertical feedback line is gone.
Be aware that you need to do this multiple times as there are several feedbacks (in time, but also in frequency (read: higher on the spectral diagram).
