To send FCPX project to a DAW you need a utility called X2PRO that will convert your fCPX XML to AAF. Any serious DAW can import AAF.
But Cubase is not a DAW, it's a music scoring application. It does not import AAF and only very limited OMF. In fact there's nothing you can do in Cubase that you cannot do in FCPX, so why must you send your project to Cubase? It's big brother, Nuendo, is a real DAW and can import AAF perfectly.
