I bought some plugins on this site (pixelfilmstudios.com) and i did easy installed and then i click opened FCPX but it's not working plugin also just seeing red screen !
I already checked motion template folders and there is no media.

what can i do? :(

If it is the title itself that is showing as offline, I'd contact tech support from that plugin developer ASAP. They need to know about this right away.
