HELP - Editing MP4 Metadata

I have been trying to figure this our for hours with no success. I have a number of MP4 .mov files that I created using FPCX and Compressor. Unfortunately, I didn't edit the metadata before compression so now I need to do so after the fact.

I imported the files into iTunes and was able to change some of the ID3 metadata. However, when I open the files in Quicktime it still shows the old metadata in "title" and "authors." It seems that this metadata is separate from what iTunes can process because I have already set those fields in iTunes but it doesnt change. Also, the information shows up in the Finder file properties as well as shown in the screen show below. I am trying to edit "0062 - 2013-04-27" and "Admin, Admin, Admin" in the picture.

I have tried numerous programs including MetaX, MetaZ, Metadata Hootenanny, and others without success. Has anyone been able to edit this metadata field before?

Try "Audacity", its free and writes the metadata directly into the exported file. iTunes keeps much of that inside it's own database, if I'm not mistaken.

I tried Audacity but it appears to handle audio content only. The files I am working with are MP4 .mov files. I've seen a number of programs for editing audio metadata but none that will edit the video metadata fields I mentioned above. I've included an image that gives the specifics of the video file I am working with. Any other suggestions?
