someone who knows how to do this effect

hello would like to know how to do this video effect 0:35 to 0:37 someone help me?

It is an array of cameras at the end of the stage, in front of the floor monitors. You can see them at 2:33. So it's really not an effect, as a process. Here is a link to some more music related array.
