copying compound clips

copying compound clips was created by parkerhqj
I have some titles that will be repeating themselves with slight variations. I have one on top of another. I created a compound clip of the two titles and would like to be able to simply copy it over and over, but when I change the original, it changes the new one as well. I think I read somewhere about a workaround for this - or am I missing something obvious? thx

That's the one. It creates a new compound clip in the event.
