Hi can anyone tell me the best way - if its possible to collect all the media used in a fcpx timeline - ie png files, footage and audio so i can share it on another drive? Im running out of space on my main external drive and need to collect the time line and its contents to work from a new drive. thanks in advance

Use the duplicate project function with the used clips options or referenced events. Make sure the media is actually in the event and not just aliased.
