Tell which event files are used in Project?

Tell which event files are used in Project? was created by Matthew
I have a list of favorites from an interview. A handful of these are already in the project and some aren't. Is there a way to only show the files that haven't been used in the project yet? It seems like this would be a really useful feature but I can't ind anything.

Only by marking them in some way in the browser. There is no used clip tag. Pretty common feature request.

It is indeed a very common feature request.
Whenever we need this we use a workaround, but it's very fast: set the range of a clip in the Event Browser then press Delete (Back space key) before editing the clip onto the timeline. This way all the clips or ranges of clips that have been used on the timeline are listed as Rejected and we can use the Hide Rejected command (SHIFT+H) to hide them.
EDIT: In your case you would have Favorites selected in the Browser to see all the Favorites you have made. Then whenever you have edited one of them onto the Timeline you press the Delete (Backspace) key and the clip will disappear from the list. If you want to find back the deleted clips just press SHIFT+Delete.
