Is it possible to create presets for crop/transform in fc?
Like fex 16mm, or do i have to transform each clip manually everytime time?
Maybe there is a plugin for that too?

You can copy and paste attributes. But as yet there are no ways to store favorite effects apart from creating a composite clip or project where you paste them for later use.

If this is a fixed crop/transform preset you can create it in Motion and publish it as a Filter to FCPX. The Filter will appear in your FCPX Filer Browser. Anytime you want to apply the same crop/transform preset to a clip just drop the Filter onto it.

You can also create one Filter for a number of different crop, transform or mask presets.

To do this you should use Paste Attributes. Much easier.
