Moving everything over a few frames at once

Definite Newb question here...

I'm halfway through a promo video and I decided to change something in the very first section of the project and now everything is off by a few seconds.

is it possible to select whole sections of your project and move them over several frames? :huh:

You can, but it's probably better to give more details about what you need to do. Maybe post a screen shot. Because the timeline's magnetic moving things snap to each other. If you want to move to the left, delete sonething. If you want to move to the right, insert a gap.
