can I change my frame rate once I have started a project?

I created a project in Final Cut Pro 7, the frame rate is 29 f/s. I have imported still images with motion added that are at 29 f/s, and also some video footage at 25 f/s. The videos run fine but the still images are quite flickery and pixelated. Shouldn't this be the other way round? I am confused... but the main thing is that I do need to have my whole project at 25 f/s. Is there any way of changing this without having to start the whole thing again?
Any help would be really appreciated! I am fairly new to Final Cut too so solutions explained in simple terms would be great!
Thanks

Hi Becca,
You cannot change the frame rate of your Sequence but there is an easy workaround:
Create a new sequence with a 25fps frame rate.
Then select your 29fps sequence and copy all the media on the timeline (press CMD+A to select everything on the timeline then press CMD+C to copy the selection)
Select your 25fps sequence and press CMD+V to paste the clips into the 25fps timeline.
As your video footage is 25fps it will run smoothly on the 25fps timeline. I wonder though how your 29fps animated still will run. You may have to redo the animations at 25fps if they don't run smoothly.
