I need to put multi-line text next to a talking head who sits in the middle of a screen. I saw a plugin a few days ago that did exactly what I want to do. But don't recall where I saw it - it gave multiple examples, the first using text, the others Ipso mumble-jumble. Anybody know what it was? Thank you for any insights.

Hi Will,
Unless you have seen something very specific I guess any regular title from the FCPX Title browser can do this.
You can put the Basic Title template over your talking head clip, select the title clip and in the Inspector enter your multi-line text in the Text tab. Then you change the font, size, alignment and whatever you wish and in the Video tab you adjust the position of your title.

The free Alex4D Text Box plug in would be perfect for this.
