I am doing a Demo for advertising agency and I have some old spot that I digitize from a DigiBeta that are 720 x 486 and then in FCP X I leveled all spots volumes so they are equal and then when I export a ProRes so I have a master FCP X change the video size to 655 x 486.

WAY WAY

Thanks for the help.

Open the exported file in the QT player and post a screen shot of the movie inspector.

Look at the info. The file is the right size. The display size is different because 720x486 is CCIR601 rectangular pixels. The computer is square pixels so the display size is different from the actual pixel size.

Gosh this takes me back about 10 years.
