Bouncing a project to Pro Tools help... was created by scottk23
i made a short film and have more or less finished it. The editing, sound and music is all done and the project sits in my FCPX timeline as of now.
There is one line of dialogue that doesn't sound right and i want to give it to my friend who know sound design better than I. He wants me to bounce the project onto a flash drive and give him the flash drive so he can work on it.
I thought that there was a Bounce option in FCPX but I do not see it. Is there a way that i am able to give the project?
thanks

The equivalent ProTools "Bouncing" is FCPX Sharing (exporting) a Master File. Just select the range that you want to export(hover over the clip and type X, or set an in and out point) and then on the Share dialog choose audio only.
Of course make sure you disable any other audio on your timeline.
BTW. There are better workflows to actually fix the audio in the original clip. Let me know if you need anything more sophisticated.
