Color correct for WB and creating mood?

In this tutorial: vimeo.com/26354954#at=0 he explains how to create mood. Fair enough. But before he comes to that, he tells us that the clip have gone through the first stage of color correcting. Still, all his color corrections levels are...leveled.

So, if I have a clip which is out of temperature, I have to balance the color, and then with my levels here and there create a mood?

Is there any way possible to color correct the WB, get the levels leveled(with the correct WB) and then start of creating mood?

Click the + button opposite Color to add a second grade.

Ah yes, I remember when I was in Second Grade. As a former child, I can only say, it was hell. Learning all that math and grammar and stuff, tough on a kid in second grade. Really tough. If only we had buttons to click on back then...
