Keyboard down arrow in viewer, now linked to next edit in timeline

Ok, I have not used FCP 7 in awhile but, I thought if I opened a clip from the timeline in the viewer, then activated the viewer, while in the viewer i could just hit the down arrow to goto the outpoint.
Now it goes to the next edit point(1st frame of next clip), moving the timeline and canvas screens as well.
Did I accidentally change something, or is this the default?
Is my memory that bad?

That's the default behavior. Use Shift-O to go to the out.
