Error on exporting to master file was created by airmax32
Hi. I was editing a video and I fast forwarded all the clips to 2X. When I tried exporting it to a master file. I get an error on one of the clips. Has anybody experienced this problem. I might have to re-edit this video in adobe premiere instead.

This is what I'm getting the share operation master file failed. The operation could not be completed because an error occured when creating the frame 12866 (error -1). How do you solve this problem?

Delete all Project and Event render files. Do NOT re-render, just export. May also want to quit FCPX and re-launch first, too. Oh, and be sure background rendering is turned off.

Thanks. I did that. I also tried re-edting the video. I just fast forwarded 2 clips and I got quicktime error -50. What could be causing this problem? FYI, initially I fast forwarded the whole video clip without any music. The only time this problem occured was when I added music.

Where is the music file coming from? What codec and sample rate is it?

I converted this music using media human youtube to mp3 converter. So basically it's an mp3 file.

Converted from what? What was the original?
I'd be sure it is all AIFF, 16-bit, 48kHz audio files. Could be a wonky encoding of that mp3 file. You can do that in Compressor, QT Pro, or iTunes easily. Audacity is a great alternative that is known to be reliable, also.

I got a similar error but it had something to do with my Chapter Markers. I deleted the markers and moved the project to a New Project and it worked. I think it was moving it to a new project that helped.
