Hi guys!

Have been a reader here at FCP for a while and now I need some help. I just came back from a tour with my company and I´m about to create the magic in FCPX, then add it to Youtube. The problem, as always for me, is the music where it is hard to find suitable music for the different scenes.

It would help me so much, with the possibility to add the copyrighted music to my movies. I have seen that a lot of videos has the "Buy on iTunes"-link beneath the video, but I´m not sure if that is legal or not, or if it´s only okay for private persons and not companies.

Any ideas for me, before I start creating my movies with the different sounds? Is it possible to add some house music to my videos, in some way, without paying a lot to the DJ?

All answers are welcome, have a great day. Thank you for a great forum.

An iTunes purchase only gives you permission to play that media for your personal entertainment purposes, NOT commercial use in any way.

To use copyrighted music, you will have to track down the copyright holder and pay the appropriate fees for all necessary usage rights. There is no way around this.
