I use the down arrow key, as the fcpx help suggests, but it sends me to the first frame in the next clip of my timeline. Cannot find the way to go the my last frame. Which is the shortcut?

Unless the clip is selected there isn't one, aside from down arrow, left arrow.

Hi Tom,
if the clip is selected or not does not make the difference in my case. Down arrow always goes to the first frame of the next clip. Up arrow instead , goes to the first frame of the selected clip. Every time I want to add a keyframe a need to go to next clip and return one frame. Or there is another way to do that?

Many thanks!

No, if the clip is selected Shift-O will take you to the out point, so you can use X and then Shift-O. Seems easier to do down and left.

Aha
Well, Shift-O does not work, but command + down arrow now works if the clip is selected as a range with X, as you suggest.

Thanks Tom!

Shift-O is go to end of selection. So if the clip is selected with X (not C btw) it works. Cmd-down arrow does nothing for me. Must be a custom keyboard layout.

I filled an Apple Feedback form about this missing shortcut a few months ago. Do the same!

Saludos :P

Oddly FCP has never had an option to do this. Don't know why in 14 years it was never implemented.

I used to use it a lot in Avid (I moved to FCP in 2012)
