Hey guys,
Figured i'd throw this out there for anyone who's interested. We'll be going in depth with 4k FCPX workflows in a 4 hour training session this Saturday on The Lot in Hollywood over at Lumaforge. As I'm sure everyone on this forum is aware at this point, FCPX has come a long way, and in my opinion is now already the most advanced, fastest and most productive NLE on the market. We'll be taking you through all stages of post production, starting with the changing roles of the DIT, assistant editor, online editor, and colorist, and along the way highlighting a ton of hidden FCPX features and 3rd party accessibility that allows you to start in 4k, finish in 4k, and then finish for all of the other places you want to go as well. We'll also be showing off 4k Seiki TV's, a 4k projector, and how to display and monitor on these right now. Not only that, but we'll be going in-depth into FCPX media management, Resolve Round-tripping, multicam, and group workflow. It's way easier than you think, and, well, the future is now when it comes to 4k, FCPX, and Resolve. Might as well get on the wave early. Anyway, if you're in Hollywood, and want to come check it out, all the info you need is right here:

Hope to see you there.
