You can't. This has been done in a motion graphics application with 3D capabilities, most likely After Effects. You might be able to do it in Motion.

is there any possible to get any templete of aftereffects or motion
not the same but similar to that video,or i can use any plugins in fcpx to get a little similar.

For sure not.

You've to create that animation by your own. As Tom said either in AE or Motion.

However, the best should probably be to spend a couple of days to learn how to use text animation in Motion with some tutos and youTube's videos in order to recreate the exactly same effect, camera animation, background texture…

Motion could handle that easily. Learn the camera DoF controls, it's all flat, lights and shadows, etc.
